Returns

We accept return requests within 7 days of delivery for eligible items.

To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused, in its original condition, and in the original packaging.

Non-Returnable Items

  • damaged items caused by misuse
  • items returned without prior approval

Return Process

If your return is approved, we will provide return instructions.

Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive an item that is damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery with clear photos and your order number. We will review the issue and work toward a suitable resolution.

Refunds

Once the returned item is received and inspected, approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method. Please allow several business days for the refund to appear, depending on your payment provider.

Order Cancellations

Orders may only be canceled within 12 hours of purchase. After that, processing may already have begun.
